BOOKING CONDITIONS AND BOOKING POLICY:

1 supply of bed linen per week included in the price. 2 supplies of bath linen per week included in the price.
EXTRA COSTS
Additional costs to be paid locally in cash
- Central heating on consumption
- Final cleaning: € 350.00
- Mandatory midweek cleaning: 3 days per week for a total of € 300.00 per week
- For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning is mandatory on Saturday at a cost of € 300.00.
- Pets € 100.00 for final cleaning
- Heating of the pool water Eur 200,00 per week.
- Additional change of towels Eur 35,00 for 11 beds.
- Pool towels Eur 8,00 per person
- American/international buffet breakfast, with assortment of sweet and savoury dishes of local production Eur 150,00 per day for 11 beds.
DEPOSIT
- Security deposit to be paid on site : € 800.00
(Will be returned at the end of your stay)

BOOKING AND BOOKING POLICY:
Standard rate . Free cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
*For booking with standard rate the hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit of 30% to guarantee proportional to the reservation.
* Only payments by bank transfer are accepted, other forms of payment will be accepted only with the permission of the property.
PRIVACY POLICY OF CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival date will not be charged any cost
In case of cancellation or change after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
The communication of modification or cancellation will be valid only if received in writing or via booking engine and confirmed by the Management of the Villa.

Prepayment NOT REFUNDABLE: An amount equal to 100% of the booking cost will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
*For booking with NOT REFUNDABLE rate the hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit of 100%
