Tourist tax: €3.00 per person per night (applicable for a maximum of 7 nights).

Security deposit to be paid on arrival: €500.00
(This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to inspection for damages).

Additional bathroom linen change: €35.00 for the entire property (up to 11 guests)
Continental buffet breakfast service, including a selection of sweet and savory local products:
starting from €150.00 per day (from 4 to 8 guests)
Pizza Party:
starting from €400.00 (from 4 to 8 guests)
Private chef on request:
starting from €180.00 per day (ingredients not included)

BOOKING POLICY
Standard Rate

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.

The property reserves the right to request a 30% deposit of the total booking amount as a guarantee.

Payments are accepted only via bank transfer; other payment methods may be accepted only upon prior authorization from the property.

Cancellation Policy – Standard Rate
In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date, no charge will be applied.
In case of cancellation or modification after this deadline, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Any modification or cancellation will be considered valid only if received in writing or through the booking engine and confirmed by the Property Management.

BOOKING POLICY
Non-Refundable Rate

NON-REFUNDABLE advance payment:
An amount equal to 100% of the total booking cost will be charged at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable.

The property reserves the right to request a 100% deposit of the total booking amount.

Payments are accepted only via bank transfer; other payment methods may be accepted only upon prior authorization from the property.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Rate
In case of cancellation within 24 hours from the booking date, no charge will be applied.
In case of cancellation or modification after this deadline, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
